Senior Adult Ministry Symposium

Join us for our first Senior Adult Ministry Symposium, Thursday, July 18 from 9 to noon at First United Methodist Church of Hurst. Pastors, lay persons, community members, and more are invited to learn, collaborate, and dream about senior adult ministry. Registration is free and all who attend will have the option of joining a cohort to continue the connection. This will be a fun and energizing day to empower you to serve an often overlooked and underappreciated population. Join us!

• 9:20-9:30 a.m.: Welcome and Overview of Event
• 9:40-10:20 a.m.: Session 1
• 10:30-11:10 a.m.: Session 2
• 11:20 a.m.-12 p.m.: Brainstorm, Connecting and Cohort Setup
• 12 p.m.: Blessing and Dismissal
